Katie had kindergarten orientation yesterday and she seems very excited about it. Her teacher seems very nice and I think Katie is going to enjoy herself. She has a friend from the neighborhood in her class so she'll have someone that she knows in her class so that's pretty cool. I found out that the kids will go outside for recess regardless of the weather. The only exception will be if the temperature goes below zero. They are toughening up those Minnesota kids! LOL!
Anyway, today we're going to try and start on some learning activities. I'm really concerned that she's going to fall behind and I'm going to try to supplement her learning with activities here at home. I don't know how I'll do and I don't know how good I'll be at it, but I'm going to try.
