Katie was complaining about her back being really itchy so I was scratching her back for her. After a while she said that it didn't help and I got some Benadryl cream to put on her back and she took off her jammies. I said "Ooo, Katie, were you playing with the dog? You have hives". She said she was and I told her she couldn't do that because she's allergic to the dog. She asked what hives are and I told her that they are little itchy red bumps. She said:
"Bee's hives are yellow. And if you go into their hives they bite and sting you and it really hurts. Then you get hives."
Mmm-kay. Is that circular logic?
